A New Year reminder to all residents of THE LAKES AT WATERSTONE.   Please keep in mind that on Tuesday, January 4th between the hours of 10:00am and 1200 noon and then again between 5:00pm and 7:00pm new mail box keys will be distributed to residents.   The key exchange will take place at the amenity center and please remember, old mail boxes must be cleared of delivered mail by Tuesday morning as all new mail delivery will be placed into the new box location at the amenity center.   Old mail box keys will need to be turned in at the same time before new box location assignment and keys will be issued.    Any homeowner with a hardship should notify the Property Manager or any one of the Association Board Members.
